BHNC is an award-winning, community-based affordable housing developer that provides an array of culturally and linguistically appropriate community services. We aim to build not just stable neighborhoods, but vibrant, engaged communities. We do this by connecting residents to City services and resources. We support leadership development in public housing that builds on the strengths of our residents. During housing renovations, we provide customized and thoughtful solutions that meet the complex needs of residents. Our success is San Francisco’s success, as we innovate to solve housing and community sustainability challenges facing our city.
