Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery and Delaware Counties sells newly constructed or renovated homes to qualified families and individuals who live or work in Montgomery or Delaware Counties and meet the program qualifications. Our homebuyers purchase their homes with affordable mortgages and pay taxes on the full values of their homes.
