Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) are volunteers from the community, just like you, who stand up and are a voice for abused and neglected children. Kearney/Buffalo County CASA is committed to providing resources, technical assistance, and advocacy for all children referred to our program by the local courts. Kearney/Buffalo County CASA is part of a larger national network. The National Court Appointed Special Advocate Association or National CASA is an organization across the United States advocating for abused and neglected children in the court system. There are over 900 local CASA programs across the United States receiving assistance and training from National CASA.
