Life Changing Ministries Substance Abuse Treatment Services was founded by Robert Harris, who wanted to help youths, individuals, and families overcome the many obstacles that prevent them from achieving their dreams and goals. Since 2014, Mr. Harris has built the LCM staff which has more than 30 years of combined experience in social services and spiritual guidance, working with youths, individuals, and families in the community who have suffered from drugs, alcohol and mental health issues.
