The YWCA of Oil City is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.

We have been serving the women and youth of Oil City, PA since 1924. We have been able to carry out our mission for nearly 100 years thanks to a caring and supporting community.
