Portfolio Resident Services (PRS) is a non-profit organization with an intentional mission to improve the quality of life for low to moderate income individuals, families, and senior citizens. We provide CORES certified resident services, which include programs that build knowledge, marketable skills, enhance a healthy lifestyle, and lift families up.
