Since 1965, ABCAP has been addressing the needs of low and moderate income residents of Adams & Brown Counties. The diverse services include rental housing, child development and child care services, family health clinics, meals for seniors, senior day care, senior home care, home weatherization, emergency services, recycling, small business development, employment services, and more.
