We are a lean, determined, 501c3 non-profit organization focused on solving social challenges through collaboration. We bring deep knowledge of policy and process and work with leaders and doers to move past divergent views to identify workable solutions to seemingly intractable issues. The Convergence team brings an array of experience and expertise based on knowledge of the public, non-profit, and private sectors. We are building on past successes by inspiring a collaborative mindset in others and assisting those who want to use our process.
