“The Boulevard helps restore health and rebuild the lives of the homeless who are ill and injured. They provide¬†quality, cost-effective residential and non-residential support services to an increasing number of residents and will maintain a high percentage of placements into permanent/transitional housing, leading all residents on a path toward permanent housing and breaking the cycle of¬†homelessness.
