Limited VolunteerAmerican Huey 369 Organization (some 22,800 plus members and growing) was formed for the specific purpose of Preservation, Education and Paying Tribute to ALL Veterans / Patriots. Together with a Temporary Museum / Hanger, 3 restored Vietnam era Hueys that fly and plans in place to build “The National American Huey History Museum” (a 30,000 square foot facility) our members will educate ALL generations to the history of the American made Icon “The Huey”! (We are currently fund raising to meet our FINAL third phase goal to build this one of a kind National Museum.The goals were met for the first and second phases in 2015 and 2017 respectively.) The building package ws ordered in February 2021. The “OFFICIAL GROUNDBREAKING” for the New Museum took place on August 14th, 2021. The Museum building package was delivered in late October. Concrete work is near completion (01/2022) and the steel structure is scheduled to be erected this spring.
