AEF is Arkansas’s Industry representation at the statehouse for environmental legislation in Arkansas. AEF is also a gateway for industries to state regulators regarding environmental matters. We have stakeholders on regulatory initiative groups, regulatory reform groups, and nearly every initiative local regulators undertake with regard to policy and regulation. Our involvement with local regulators is vital to building relationships with industry’s state regulators; many of our members speak about having a better relationship with state regulators due to the relationships forged through AEF events and meetings.
