The Ascension Council on Aging Inc. received its charter from the state on November 1, 1972 and was incorporated on March 23, 1973. We have a board of directors that guides our organization. They serve as the governing body, seeking and maintaining help for the elderly through a staff of administrative personnel and service aides.
Guided by our beliefs, we encourage state and federal agencies to help us protect the rights of individuals and families. We are the tangible expression of our mission, and as such, we strive to see the joy and hope in difficult situations by providing modest assistance to those who need it the most.
