The Care Design NY mission is to assist individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) to get the supports and services they need to live a quality life.
Our Vision
To ensure people with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (IDD) enjoy: meaningful relationships with friends, family, and others in their lives; experience personal health and growth; and live in the home of their choice and fully participate in their communities.
