The mission of CASA of Central LA, Inc. is to ensure competent and effective volunteer advocacy which meet the best interest of every abused and / or neglected child and / or youth involved in Child In Need of Care cases assigned to CASA by the following The City of Natchitoches and the 10TH Judicial District Court in Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana; 39TH Judicial District Court in Red River Parish, Louisiana and 11TH Judicial District Court in Sabine Parish, Louisiana.
