Delta Development

Founded in 1988, Delta Development manages, develops and provides affordable, quality housing for the people of Western New York. The formation of the organization resulted from the advocacy work conducted by the Housing Division of Catholic Charities and the development work of the Diocese of Buffalo.

Delta Development has been fortunate enough to have an active board since its creation. The members have various areas of expertise, including; accounting, human services, construction, finance and community development.
