Durham Fair Foundation

To preserve and promote Connecticut’s agricultural and rural heritage by sponsoring education events, programs and exhibits.

In 1996 the Durham Agricultural Fair Association, Inc. formed the Durham Fair Foundation, Inc. The Foundation’s Certificate of Incorporation states, in part, that the Foundation “shall at all times be limited to operating exclusively for the benefit of, performing the functions of, or carrying out the purposes of the Durham Agricultural Fair Association, Inc.
