Our Approach: Why We’re Different
Given the broader mental health epidemic our country is facing, and within that, the increasing stresses and incidents of mental illness in our immigrant and refugee communities, we believe there has never been a more urgent need for our services. EAHS’ place within our communities positions us to proactively address and counteract the effects and prevalence of mental health issues at a time when it’s most needed.
