Limited VolunteerThe Foundation of Northern New Jersey Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing charitable funding and services to make a significant difference in the lives of North Jersey residents. It was formerly known as the North Jersey Media Group Foundation which was started by the Borg family that owned North Jersey Media Group. The family published over 50 newspaper and magazines in North Jersey including The Record and Herald News. Although the Borgs sold the newspapers in 2016, the family remains committed to helping the North Jersey community and continuing the Action Against Hunger® Food Drive, the metropolitan area’s largest single day Food Drive.
