Enhanced VolunteerHabitat for Humanity is an ecumenical Christian ministry that builds with people in need regardless of race or religion. We are driven by the vision that every one of us deserves a stable and affordable place to call home. We welcome volunteers and supporters from all backgrounds to help us build strength, stability and independence for families. There are over 1,200 Habitat for Humanity affiliates in the U.S. as well as in over 70 foreign countries. Each Habitat affiliate is an independent nonprofit organization, operating in partnership with Habitat International in Atlanta Georgia. Habitat affiliates work locally in communities around the world, and here in Cape May County, to select and support homeowners, to organize volunteers, to coordinate house building and repair, and to raise donations of cash, goods and services.
