Hometown Habitat for Humanity was formed in July of 2020 when Wilkes Habitat for Humanity and Upper Yadkin Valley Habitat for Humanity combined into a single affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International.

We proudly serve in Surry, Wilkes, and Yadkin Counties in North Carolina.
