The HOYA Foundation works toward the goal of helping minority and women-owned small enterprises take their business to the next level. While this goal pushes the creation of our foundation, we also want to close the gap between the labor shortages and gender equity in the construction industry. HOYA offers a comprehensive program designed to help girls and young women discover a career path in the transportation and construction industry.
