KRISHNA KITCHEN

Krishna Kitchen’s main goal is providing cooked food to those in the local community and engaging volunteers in the liberal distribution of karma-free plant based meals to everyone who is hungry. The Inspiration of Krishna Kitchen is a direct result of Food For Life project, which started in 1974 when an elderly Indian swami, Srila Prabhupada, asked his followers to not allow anyone within a ten mile radius of the temple to go hungry. The program grew quickly and now operates in over 60 countries worldwide. Krishna Kitchen hopes to accomplish a similar goal through the use of Mobile Food Distribution (Food Trucks & Delivery services).
