NCCJ (North Carolina for Community and Justice) is a human relations organization. We work to build more compassionate, inclusive and equitable communities free of bias, bigotry and racism.
We do not advocate for any particular group or philosophy. We do help people who want to practice having more respectful conversations and creating more inclusive and equitable environments at work, in school, and wherever they go in life.
