OUR MISSION

Northeast Oregon Housing Authority (NEOHA) has been serving the residents of Eastern Oregon since 1976 as a source of assistance and affordable housing. The goal of NEOHA is to ensure our community members have access to not only safe and affordable housing but opportunities that reach beyond stable housing.
