Oklahoma Center of Empowerment, Inc (OCoE) is an organization that is continually growing as we support our community needs. OCoE has built an inspiring vision to empower people’s lives. This vision will produce tangible results in your present. At OCoE we influence change by inspiring people to live and experience maximum potential. Our organization is an advocate for people with special needs, or homeless, low-and-moderate income (LMI) as well as our community’s returning Veterans and those released from incarceration. We support our Christian community in marriage counseling, performing weddings, funerals and other spiritual work based on your Christian need.
