RECAP is committed to creating healthier, safer, more equitable communities. We do this by working to address the systematic issues affecting our neighbors including racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia and ableism. These present barriers to everyone seeking to increase self-sufficiency and health outcomes. RECAP’s JEDI academy creates coaches and mentors across the agency to provide support and assistance to the staff and community about these topics.
