Lake Superior Community Development Corp.(LSCDC) is a Native Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) certified by the US Dept. of the Treasury. LSCDC is also a non-profit corp. with a 501c3 exempt status originating from the L’Anse Reservation in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

We are 1st mortgage brokers licensed in the State of Michigan NMLS 1771658.
