Safe Harbor Animal Coalition

Safe Harbor Animal Coalition (S.H.A.C.) is a volunteer-run, donor-funded animal welfare organization dedicated to the humane care of homeless and abandoned cats and dogs in Baldwin County, Alabama.
Our mission is to reduce and control the overpopulation of homeless cats and dogs through spay, neuter, vaccinating, Trap-Neuter-Return, and cat colony management, while providing low-cost veterinary services to our partner nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations. In addition, S.H.A.C. funds directly support animal education and training in order to create healthy and empowered
