The USDA Food Distribution Program, also known as Commodities, administered by STOWW, provides participants with a supplemental nutritionally balanced diet. STOWW currently serves the Tribal Reservations of Cowlitz, Jamestown S’Klallam, Lower Elwha, Muckleshoot, Nooksack, Puyallup, Samish, Sauk-Suiattle, Shoalwater Bay, Snoqualmie, Stillaguamish, Suquamish, Swinomish, Tulalip, Upper Skagit, & some surrounding areas.
