The Southwest Laborers’ District Council of the Laborers’ International Union of North America was chartered July 14, 2004. Our members construct buildings from s**** malls to skyscrapers, build roads, bridges and other critical infrastructure, build and maintain pipelines, and work in a variety of other jobs, such as public service. LIUNA members are highly-skilled construction laborers focused on advancement and new opportunities for themselves and construction contractors.
