Limited VolunteerTriangle South Enterprise Center is a small business incubator located at 600 South Magnolia Avenue in Dunn, North Carolina. We are the second oldest business incubator in the state. With 18,500 square feet Triangle South Enterprise Center (TSEC) has the space for new and growing business to blossom. TSEC rents office spaces, large and small, at below market rate to help guide small business startups in the area. Flexible lease terms and space arrangements are available to accommodate the needs of each tenant company. Shared support services are available on an optional basis, including free wi-fi, conference room use, mail and package delivery through our business office, as well as on-going relationships with a business counselor at the Small Business Center.
