UCP of Sacramento and Northern California is a leading provider of programs and services for children and adults with developmental disabilities.

By using evidence-based practices, UCP programs and services helps clients, and their families, to live a life with increased independence, productivity, and self-confidence. Fifty-four percent of UCP clients are low or no income. UCP ensures that clients of all ages and income levels can learn new skills. Many of our clients feel more connected to the community, have increased confidence, and experience more independence because of UCP programs and services.
